Gina’s live events background began at Manchester Academy. Having decided that rock’n’roll was the most important thing in the world she spent two years helping to run the four music venues there. Her strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the creative industries led to a stint at Tony Wilson’s now defunct music conference In the City, Manchester International Festival, and a host of other music, arts, and fashion related freelance gigs including some of the world’s most prestigious music festivals. During her many years of Production and Operations Management she has continued to work in the creative and lifestyle sectors as well as having substantial operational roles in retail experiences, immersive theatre, and seasonal family events.
Known for her no nonsense approach she is hands-on, creative, and passionate about using her expertise to create outstanding event experiences.
Ethan’s event career started with live music – as a young promoter, he worked with many high profile artists in venues around the UK. He went on to obtain a BA Hons in Event Management from The University of Sussex and it was there that his passion for risk and logistical management of large events began.
Upon moving to the capital, he thrived in the competitive world of event freelancing, working across creative sectors for a range of agencies in production and event management roles. His experience means he is as comfortable working with local authorities as he is with brands such as Nike, Adidas, H&M, Farfetch, and Huawei.
Most recently, he has held senior production roles for prestigious, trend led exhibitions, managing delivery of key brand partnerships around the world. Clients and sponsors love his high energy and his ability to think on his feet. Ethan prides himself on his ability to continuously deliver memorable events to extremely high standards.
Nicky is a well seasoned graphic designer, working with consumer and B2B brands within the lifestyle, fashion, and food and drink sectors. Creative, enthusiastic, and curious, she has an eye for detail when it comes to working with brands and understanding their guidelines.
Her portfolio initially consisted of print and website design, but Nicky then realised that she enjoyed how consumers could interact with brands through events to create more memorable experiences. Since then she has worked alongside various event production teams on brands such as Cadbury’s, Pringles, Pop Sugar, Kingfisher Group, Hellman’s, and Southern Comfort. Nicky loves the challenges of creative problem solving and creating work that you can interact with, from an experiential pop up to a large exhibition event.
Known for her infectious laugh, quick wit, and hard working ethics. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her doing ridiculously long walks for charity.
